Potatoes (medium size) - 3
(chopped into 1 inch cubes)
Onion (medium size) - 2
Green Chilies - 3
(cut into half)
Coconut (grated) – 1/2
Curry leaves (one hand full )
Coconut oil - 1 - 2 tbsp


Take out milk 1 & 2 of the coconut and
 keep aside.
Put  potatoes, salt and 2 nd pressed coconut
milk into a cooking vessel. Cook potatoes half
way, add in onion & green chilies & cook until
done, add in 1st  pressed milk stir for a while
when slightly boiling on the sides, off the flame.
Pour oil on top, sprinkle with little water add curry 
leaves & cover for some times before serve.
