CHICKEN CHOP WITH TOM YAM SAUCE


Ingredients A:
2 chicken whole legs,
deboned & cut into pieces
2 tbsp butter
Marinade:
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
dash of sesame oil
dash of pepper
1 no. egg beaten
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp plain flour
Ingredients B:
1 tbsp chopped lemongrass
1 onion chopped
1 tsp bird's eye,chopped
1/2 tsp chopped kaffir leaves
1 tbsp tom yam paste
100 ml water
Method:
1. Mix chicken with marinade &
    season for 30 minutes.
2. Melt butter,add in chicken &
    pan-fry until golden brown &
    put  in a serving plate
   
 3. Add in ingredients 'B' &
    stir-fry until aromatic.
4. Add in water & continue to stir
    until thick, dish up pour over the 
    chicken chop & serve hot
