FRIED KWAY TEOW ( FLAT NOODLES )




1 kg kway teow
450 gm prawns  ( shelled )
400 gm oysters shells removed
500 gm bean sprouts
200 gm chicken flesh  ( cut into thin strips )
250 gm squid  ( cut into strips )
1 tbsp drake soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp oil

Pounded:

2 fresh chilies ( or more )
6 cloves garlic

METHOD:

Heat up oil & fry pounded paste until fragrant.
Add chicken & fry for 2 minutes , prawns  & squid for
 2 minutes, then add oysters.
Pour in both type of soy  sauce, salt, pepper  mix well
Add bean sprouts, mix thoroughly for few minutes
Serve immediately garnish with spring onions.
