GINGER & SPRING ONION CHICKEN




500 gm chicken (cut into pieces)
5 cm piece of ginger, sliced
 3 garlic cloves, chopped
 1/2 onion, sliced
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp  Chinese cooking wine
 ½ tsp white pepper
 250 ml water
 1 tbsp corn flour solution
Spring onions cut into 2" lengths

METHOD:

Heat up oil fry garlic, ginger & onion until
light brown. Add in chicken, soy sauce, oyster
sauce, wine & pepper stir well add water cover
& cook until done , add in corn starch mix well.
Sprinkle with spring onion & serve hot.
