MEE SOUP (FRESH YELLOW NOODLES SOUP)



200  gms  yellow noodles-fresh
1   stock mustard greens
some  chicken  meat
squids
prawns
fish balls
bowls chicken stock
pepper to taste
salt to taste
2 - 3 pips garlic -chopped
oil
Garnish:
 shallots - crispy fried
 spring onions - cut 
 dash of onion oil
Method:
1. Heat up oil,fry garlic until nice 
   smell comes out.
2.Add in stock,salt,pepper, once boiled 
  add chicken meat,prawns,squids,fish     
  balls,mustard leaves,let it cook for
  2 - 3 minutes
3.Add in the noodles & cook for another 
  2 - 3 minutes
4.To serve, place the mee soup in bowl
  add fried shallots,spring onions, onion 
  oil
 
  Serve hot...
