COCONUT PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE


Base:
 
160 gm Oreo biscuits
( crushed)
80 gm butter,melted
 
Filling:
 
450 gm cream cheese
90 gm caster sugar
40 gm coconut powder
3 nos. eggs
150 gm sour cream
100 gm pineapple,diced
 
Decoration:
 
6 pineapple slices
 ( canned)
10 gm glace coconut flakes
 
To make base:
 
1. Stir all ingredients until combined.
   Press mixture into base of 18cm(7-inches)
   cake tin
 
Filling:
 
2. Beat cheese,sugar & coconut powder until
   smooth.Beat egg one at a time,beating well
   after each addition.
 
3. Add in sour cream,mix well.Fold in pineapple
   dices until blended.
 
4. Pour filling into tin.Top with pineapple
   slices.Bake in preheated oven at 170 degree
   for 40-45 minutes or until cooked.Remove form
   heat & leave it cool
 
5. Chill in fridge.Remove cake,decorate with
   glace coconut flakes.
