FRIED HOKKIEN NOODLES



300 gm thick yellow noodles ( fresh )
100 gm  mustard leaves
100 gm chicken meat
100 gm Chinese white cabbage
100 gm prawns
50  gm cuttle-fish
50  gm fish cake
1  tbsp oyster sauce
1 - 2  tbsp thick soy sauce
1  tbsp thin soy sauce
1/4  tsp sugar
1- 1 1/2  cup water or chicken stock
1  tbsp chopped garlic
oil for cooking 
Method:
1. Heat up oil, fry garlic until nice smell comes
2. Add in chicken,cuttle fish,prawns,fish cake,cabbage,
   mustard leaves,all the sauce,sugar,noodles stir,add
   in chicken stock, season well & cook for 3-5 minutes
  
   Serve hot...with spicy sauce

spicy sauce:
   1 red chilly -chopped
   1-2 bird's eye chilly -chopped
   2 - 3 pips garlic -chopped
   2 - 3 tbsp thin soy sauce
  
    all mix  & serve
