CHOCOLATE BANANA PIZZA


Dough:  A:

150   gm  plain  flour, sifted
1       tbsp     milk  powder
1/4    tsp      salt
1       tbsp    sugar
3/4    tsp      instant  yeast
 
B:

900  ml   water
1/2   tbsp  olive oil

Topping:

225   gm  caster  sugar
4      bananas, slice  into 1 cm thick slices
20    gm   toasted almonds flakes
150   gm  cooking  chocolate, melted  with
500   ml   milk

Method:

1. Dough: 
    Mix A  in a mixing bowl, slowly pour in water
    and knead into  a pliable dough. Add oil and
   continue to knead until dough is very smooth.
   Form into  a ball, leave it to rise until it doubles
    in bulk. Punch down, divide into 4 portions and
    form into balls. Leave to raise fro another 15 minutes.
    Roll into round shape, 3mm thick and place it into a
    greased baking tray. Use fork to prick some holes into
    the rounds

2. Sprinkle some caster sugar  and arrange bananas
     slices into the dough.
    Bake in a pre-heated oven at 210 degree for 
    10 minutes until the dough is cooked and golden
    brown, remove, sprinkle some almond flakes on top
 
           
3.Drizzle some chocolate sauce over the banana slices
   Serve hot.
