This recipe is from my sis Dhanu Jayaram
1 big onion chopped
1 big onion chopped
2 pods of garlic chopped
1 green chilly chopped
1 cup of mixed vegetable
2 cups of cooked rice
1 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste.
ghee
spring onions chopped
coriander leaver chopped
METHOD:
Fry onions and garlic in ghee till golden brown and add chopped green chilly
and fry for 5 mts, then add the vegetables, turmeric,pepper,salt & sprinkle some water,
close and cook for 5mts. when the vegetables are half cooked add the rice and salt to taste
and fry until it is dried.
Garnish with spring onions & coriander leaves
