180 gm butter
1 1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup of dates - chopped
1/2 cup walnut -chopped
1 no. egg yolk-optional
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp Cinnamon powder
Method:
1.Mix sugar,butter until well,add in egg,
vanilla & mix well
2.Add in Cinnamon powder,dates, walnuts

mix well, leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes

12-15 minutes in 160 degree
