500 gm oyster mushrooms
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp chilly powder
1 tbsp chicken curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Water to make make thick batter
Oil
METHOD:
Mix all the flours, salt, turmeric, chilly & curry
powder with water & make it a thick batter.
Dip the mushrooms one by one in the batter &
deep fry in oil until golden brown & crispy.
Serve hot with dipping sauce.
