1 medium size tapioca
2 cups sugar
2 blocks palm sugar
1 grated coconut
Screw pine leaves ( pandan leaves )
METHOD:
Grate the tapioca & grind together with the coconut.
Melt the sugar, palm sugar with screw pine leaves
Removing the screw pine leaves, mix all the ingredients
Put in a baking tin & bake in medium oven until done
Cool the cake before cutting
