DEEP FRIED MEAT BALLS


600 gm chopped meat
(chicken,mutton, pork,beef etc)
salt & pepper to taste
1 egg beaten
2 tsp Chinese cooking wine
2 tsp corn flour
4 cloves chopped garlic
4 chopped red chillies
chopped spring onions
oil for deep frying
( if you want can add
in chopped veges:carrot,
french beans,mushrooms,
cabbage etc to it)

METHOD:

   
1. Mix all ingredients well. Heat up oil
   drop in spoonful of mixture,fry till golden.

2. Serve meat balls with chilly or
tomato sauce
