CRAB MEAT & BEAN CURD INGOTS



1  piece  firm bean curd
   ( cut into squares )
300  gm    crab meat
1          egg white
3          eggs
1  tbsp    plain flour

Seasoning:

2  tbsp   ginger juice
1  ts       salt
1 tbsp    Chinese rice wine
Oil   for  deep  fry

Method:

1. Combine crab meat with egg white & seasoning.

2. Beat eggs in another bowl & set aside

3. To make ingots, coat bean curd slices evenly
     with plain flour
   
4. Spread crab meat on both sides of bean curd,
     then dip into egg mixture to coat evenly.

5. Heat up oil until hot, deep fry bean curd ingots
     until golden brown

6. Remove & drain, serve hot immediately.

    This can be eaten with chili sauce ,tomato sauce

     or pepper sauce drippings
