Chinese long cabbage (small)
1 shallot chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1 small red chilly sliced
½ tsp dried prawns (washed)
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Few curry leaves
METHOD:
Wash & cut cabbage, heat up oil fry garlic,
shallot, chilly & dried prawns till nice smell
comes out, add in cabbage, salt & stir – fry
for few minutes with curry leaves & serve
hot with rice.
