SPICY & CRISPY FRIED BITTER GOURD



300 gm bitter gourd sliced
1 onion big sliced
5 cloves garlic sliced
Few curry leaves
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp chilly powder
2 – 3 tbsp rice flour
Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying

METHOD:
Mix all together & deep fry in oil until crispy.
Serve hot.
