PINEAPPLE AND PRAWNS CURRY







 Ground Fine:

10 -15 dried chilies
10 shallots
2 cloves
2 cm piece turmeric
2 candle nuts
1 stalk lemon grass
small piece shrimp paste (optional)

2 cups Pineapple chunks
salt & palm sugar ( or sugar ) to taste
200 gm large prawns
4 tbsp oil
1/2 cup of coconut milk
    or ideal milk

Method:

1. Heat up oil, add the ground ingredients & fry till fragrant.

2. Add prawns, pineapple, salt & sugar. Stir well & simmer 
     over medium heat till prawns &  pineapple is cooked.

3. Add milk, to it, stir for 3 - 5 minutes & serve.
