CHINESE FRIED RICE




500 gm cooked rice
150 gm mixed frozen vegetables
2-3 tbsp light soy sauce
50 gm prawns
50 gm chicken meat
50 gm crab meat
50 gm fish cake
2  no. eggs (fried)
10 gm garlic chopped
20 gm shallots chopped
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
ajinomoto 
spring onion chopped
Method:

Heat up both oil, add garlic & shallots & fry until nice smells comes.
Add in one by one chicken, prawns & stir, add mixed vegetables stir,fish cakes, crab meat,rice,soy sauce,aji no mo to,other things & fry, add in spring onions. Serve hot
