STIR-FRY TAIWAN SPINACH WITH CHICKEN LIVER


½ tsp garlic chopped
1 red chilly sliced
1 piece chicken liver cut
400 gm Taiwan spinach cut
( or any spinach will do)
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

METHOD:

Heat up oil, fry garlic & red chili.

Add in chicken liver, salt & fry 
for few minutes.

Add in spinach & stir-fry.

Serve hot with plain rice.
