ORANGE CHICKEN WITH DARK SAUCE



A:
600gm chicken sliced thinly
Salt to taste
Corn flour to coat

B:
230 ml chili sauce
1-2 tbsp dark soy sauce
½ tsp orange rind
2 orange juice

C:
Sesame seed toasted
Spring onion cut

Oil for cooking

METHOD:
Deep fry “A” & keep aside.

Bring “B” to boil, to thick sauce
add in fried chicken pieces & mix
until well coated.

Garnish with “C” & serve hot
