BANANA & APPLE CHEESE CAKE



300 gm butter
250 gm caster sugar
200 gm cream cheese
5 eggs
350 plain flour, shifted with
½ ts baking powder
200 gm banana slices
2 apples peeled, cored & sliced

METHOD:

Cream butter & sugar until pale.

Add in cream cheese & mix well.

Add in egg one at a time & beating
well after each addition.

Fold in flour mixture & mix well.

Lastly mix in banana & apple.
Pour the mixture into 9” square pan.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180ºC
for 45 minutes, or until cooked.

Remove & leave it to cool before
cutting into pieces.
