MARINATE:
300 gm shark fish meat
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp ginger & garlic paste
Salt to taste
Marinate fish for 5 minutes.
Steam for 5 minutes, keep aside.
Once cool, mash the flesh of fishes
into tiny flakes, keep aside.
A:
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp fennel seeds
1 dried chilly broken
¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
Curry leaves
B:
1 onion big chopped
½ tsp ginger chopped
½ tsp garlic chopped
1 green chilly chopped
3-5 bird’s eye chilly chopped
C:
½ tsp chilly powder
½ tsp fish curry powder
¼ tsp pepper powder
D:
Few drops of lime juice
Coriander leaves chopped
1 small tomato chopped
Oil for cooking
METHO:
Heat up oil, fry ‘A’, once mustard
seeds pop up add in ‘B’ fry until
onion become transparent, add in
tomato, fish flakes & ‘C’ mix well
until done.
Add in lime juice, coriander leaves.
Serve with plain rice as side or main dish.
