SPICY GARLIC, BUTTER PRAWNS



200 gm prawns
4 cloves garlic chopped
5 bird’s eye chilies chopped
2 shallots chopped
Few curry leaves chopped
Few drops of lime juice
Salt to taste
Butter for cooking
Spring onion chopped

METHOD:

Heat up butter, fry garlic, shallots,
chilly & curry leaves until crispy.

Add in prawns stir-fry for few minutes.

Add salt, lime juice mix well.

Garnish with spring onion & serve hot.
