CHEESY CRABS WITH CURRY LEAVES



600 gm crabs
Oil for cooking

1 tsp garlic chopped
2 stalk curry leaves
2 slice cheddar cheese

SEASONING:

¼ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp pepper powder
5 tbsp evaporated milk
5 tbsp water

METHOD:

Heat up oil & fry the crabs &
keep aside.

Heat up 1 tbsp oil in a wok
sauté garlic & curry leaves
until aromatic.

Add cheese, seasoning &
bring to boil.

Lastly add fried crabs &
stir well.

Serve hot.
