SPICY FRIED CHICKEN WITH OATS



TO MARINATE:

400 gm chicken pieces
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 ½ tbsp chicken curry powder
1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
1/2 tsp of yogurt
Salt to taste

Marinate chicken with all the above
ingredients for 30 minutes.

Oil for deep frying
1 egg lightly beaten
1 cup instant oats

METHOD:

Heat up oil over medium heat.

Add egg to marinated chicken,
dip chicken pieces into oats, coated
well & deep fry them until golden brown.

Serve hot with sauce of your choice.
