PUMPKIN & CHEESE MUFFINS


180 gm pumpkin flesh (steamed & mashed)
100 gm caster sugar
80 gm brown sugar/palm sugar
180 gm plain flour
2 eggs
1 tsp cheddar cheese grated
5 gm baking soda
10 gm baking powder
75 ml fresh milk
50 ml corn oil

Method:

Mix pumpkin flesh & both sugar until sugar
dissolve, add in flour, baking soda, baking
powder & mix well, add milk, corn oil, cheese
& mix again until all mixed well.

Pour into muffin paper cups & bake for 
25-35 minutes (depends the size of paper cups)
in 175° degrees
