DEEP FRIED INSTANT NOODLE BALLS



Instant noodles 1 pct
(I use Maggi chicken flavored,
soaked in hot water for 1 minute,
rinse in cold water, strained & mix
with ½ tsp of cooking oil, keep aside)

Fillings:

2 tbsp carrot grated
1 stalk spring onion chopped
2 tbsp chicken meat chopped/minced
2 shallot chopped
½ tsp ginger & garlic paste
1 tsp white pepper powder
Maggi seasoning ( from the above
 packet of instant noodles)  

For coating:

1 packet instant noodles
(broken into tiny pieces)
1 no egg lightly beaten  
Oil for deep frying

Method:

Mix noodles & fillings together &
make into marble size balls ( 20 balls)
Dip the noodle balls into beaten egg,
roll into noodle crumbs & deep fry
in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve hot with chilly or tomato sauce
This dish is good for children’s party
