SAUSAGES IN SWEET, SOUR & SPICY SAUCE




340 gm sausages
(sliced & lightly fried)  
2 onion big chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
3-4 tbsp ground chilies
   (or chilly powder)
½ tsp garam masala powder
Salt & sugar to taste
1-2 tbsp tomato sauce
1-2 tbsp water
Oil for cooking
1 onion sliced
1 green chilly sliced
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves

METHOD:

Heat up oil, fry onion until soft, add
ginger & garlic paste, chilly paste &
fry until raw smell goose off, add water
mix well, add tomatoes, sausages, salt,
 sugar, tomato sauce & cook until
tomatoes are soft, add garam masala,
sliced onion, green chilly, both leaves
mix well & dish it out, for best result
cook this dish few hours early before
serving.
