FRUTTY COCONUT CHILL PAYASAM ( DESSERT)

Ingredients

100gm Baba’s payasam mix
( instant payasam mix )
200ml Coconut milk
100ml Fresh milk
60gm Toasted coconut flakes
30gm Kiwi fruit cube
30gm Strawberry wedges
Pinch Salt
20 ml Cooking cream
30gm Butter
Salt

Method

Boil the mixture of milk and coconut and 
add in the Baba’s payasam mix and stir 
constantly until the mixture is dissolved well. 

 Add in some butter to melt on mixture.

Add in fruit mixture and season with a pinch 
of salt to balance up the taste.

Place the payasam into the bowl and sprinkle 
with some toasted coconut flakes.

Served chill after refrigerate
