1 box quail eggs (boiled, remove the shell, by
using fork or toothpick make few holes in it)

pinch of mustard seeds
pinch of cumin seeds
1 onion chopped
½ tsp garlic chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped
Red & green chilies chopped
Pinch of chilly powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Curry leaves
2 tbsp grated coconut


In a frying pan add mustard seeds &
cumin seeds to hot oil.

Once the mustard seeds pop up add the
chopped onion, ginger & garlic, fry until soft.

Add eggs, chilly powder, turmeric powder,
salt, both chilies & curry leaves mix well.

Add coconut, quick stir for 2 minutes & serve.
