SAUSAGES BREAD ROLLS



6 slices of bread
6 sausages
6 slices of cheddar cheese
6 salad leaves

mayonnaise

1-2 eggs add salt & pepper, beat slightly
1 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup breadcrumbs

Oil for frying

Method:

Cut & remove the edges of bread.

With a rolling pin, finely roll each slice
 of bread in 2 directions.

Spread mayonnaise on each of piece
 of bread, amount to taste.

Place a slice of cheese & followed by a
sausage, salad leaf on each piece of bread.

Wrap & roll the bread and get it hold neatly.

Go quickly dip & coat each of sandwich into
milk, flour, egg & finally in breadcrumbs.

Deep fry in hot oil over medium flame till golden brown.

Serve with sauce of your choice.
