SPICY CHICKEN DRY FRY



Oil for cooking
Coriander leaves

A:

2 onion big cut
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 tomato cut
1 green chilly cut
1 red chilly cut
1 stalk curry leaves
1 stalk lemon grass

B:

500 gm chicken pieces
1 tbsp chilly powder
1 tsp meat curry powder
½ tsp kurmah powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp gram masala powder
1 tsp tamarind paste
Salt to taste
( all mix together & marinate
for 20-30 minutes)

METHOD:

Heat up oil, fry A one by one until
fragrant.

Add in B, mix well cover & cook
in medium fire ( stir on & off ) until
cooked & dry.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
