1 onion sliced
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 tomato cut
1 tsp chilly powder
½ tsp meat curry powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 green chilly cut
1 stalk curry leaves
100 gm black eyed beans (cooked)
2 bean curd fried & cubed
1 potato cooked & cubed
Salt to taste
¼ tsp garam masala powder
Chopped coriander leaves
Oil for cooking


Heat up oil, fry onion till light brown colour.

Add ginger & garlic paste, fry until fragrant, 
add in tomato stir for few minutes.

Add chilly powder, meat curry powder, 
turmeric powder & stir for 2 more minutes.

Add in cooked black eyed beans, potato,
green chilly, curry leaves, bean curd, salt
& garan masala, cover cook for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve as a side dish with rice or any types of bread.
