CHOCOLATE CUP CAKES



A:

150 gm corn oil
180 gm ideal milk
200 gm castor sugar
200 gm condense milk
1 tsp chocolate essence

B:

50 gm coco powder
90 gm plain flour
½ tsp soda bicarbonate
½ tsp baking powder

C:

3 eggs beat well


METHOD:

Add A in a cooking pot & mix well on a slow
fire until sugar dissolve, remove from fire &
keep warm.

Add in eggs & mix well.

Add in the sifted flours & mix well in hand-mixer
until smooth, rest the mixture for 15 minutes.

Pour the mixture into the paper cups.

Bake in a per-heated oven at
180ยบ C for about 15-20 minutes.
