EASY CAREMEL BANANAS



8-10 ripe bananas cut
1-2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp cashew nuts fried
1tbsp sugar
1tsp brown sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
4-5 tbsp water

METHOD:

Heat up ghee in a nonstick pan &
fry bananas on both sides until light
brown & keep aside.

Add both sugar to the pan melt sugar for
few second & add water to it, let it boil.

Add cardamom powder, fried bananas &
cashew nuts, mix well, serve hot or cold.

NOTE:

It taste yummy if served cool &
topping with ice-cream.
