SPICY CRAB DRY CURRY




500-600 gm crab ( cleaned & cut ) 

A:
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 dried chilies broken
¼ tsp fenugreeks seeds
1 stalk curry leaves
1 stick cinnamon
2 star anise 

B:
1 onion big sliced
4 cloves garlic sliced
1 inch ginger sliced
2 green chilies sliced
1 stalk curry leaves

C: Add water & mix into paste:

 1 tbsp chilly powder
2 tbsp fish curry powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp pepper powder

1 tomatoes cut
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Coriander leaves

METHOD:

Heat up oil  add  A , once it
pop out add in B & fry until
light brown, add in curry mixture &
stir for few minutes until raw smell
goes off add tomatoes & stir for a while,
add crabs mix well ( can sprinkle some
water if u need) & cover for few minutes
until crab turns red in color/cooked.

Add salt to taste & coriander leaves.
Serve with rice bread etc…etc…

NOTE: 

Can replace water with coconut 
milk to get yummy taste
