MEE GORENG MAMAK



SPICY FRIED YELLOW NOODLES IN
MALAYSIAN INDIAN STYLE 

 300 gm yellow noodles (fresh)
100 gm prawns
100 gm chicken meat sliced
100 gm beans sprout
100 gm mustard leaves-cut
100 gm cabbage leaves cut
2   piece fried tofu-cubed
1 tomato cut
1-2  tbsp chili paste
1 tbsp thin soy sauce
1-2  tbsp thick soy sauce
1  onion-chopped
1 red chilly sliced
1 green chilly sliced
3-4  pips garlic-chopped
salt  to taste
2 eggs fried omelet & sliced
Oil  for cooking
1-2  tbsp peanuts roasted-chopped

1/2  piece lime

Method:

Heat up oil fry garlic, onion until lightly brown

Add in both chili paste stir for 2 minutes

 Add in chicken, prawns, tofu, tomato, mustard
leaves, cabbage mix well add noodles, both soy
sauces, salt & mix well,( sprinkle some water if u
 want) cook well, add in both sliced chill’s, eggs,
 peanuts & mix well.

Sever hot with lime.

While eating squeeze out lime juice over
 the fried noodles & mix well.
