NASI GORENG KAMPUNG


Fried rice in village style

1 onion chopped
3 pips garlic chopped
4-5 birds eye chilly chopped
1 hand full of mustard green chopped
 ( or spinach chopped)
1 hand full of cabbage chopped
3 long beans cut into small
1 tomato small chopped
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp chilly paste
2 cups of cooked rice
2 eggs fried into omelet & sliced
1 tbsp fried dried fish & chopped
1 tbsp fried anchovies
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

METHOD:

Heat up oil & fry garlic, onion until
light brown, add in chilly paste & fry for
2 minutes, add all vegetables, soy sauce &
stir-fry for few minutes, add rice, salt ,
 bird’s eye chili & mix well.

Add in dried fish, anchovies, egg & mix well.

Serve hot with sliced cucumber, fried potatoes etc…
