SPICY SQUIDS IN SOY SAUCE



500 gm squids
2 tbsp thick soy sauce
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Coriander leaves

Things to grind:

10 dried chilies
2 onion big
3 pips garlic
1 stalk lemon grass

METHOD:

Heat up oil, fry grinded things until
raw smell goes off.

Add in salt, soy sauce & stir for 2 minutes.

Add squids & stir for few minutes until
it become soft & cooked.  

Garnish with coriander leaves.
