STEAMED DURIAN CAKE


185 gm rice flour
250 gm tapioca flour
185 gm sugar
15 seeds durian flesh
1 coconut grated (add enough water &
squeeze out the milk as required)
2 drops of yellow colorings
Pinch of salt

Few cherries for decoration

Method:

Mix both flour with sugar, salt, durian
flesh with enough coconut milk, add in color.

Pour the mixture into a steaming mould &
steam until cooked, allow to cool before
removing from mould, decorate with cherries.

Note:

Same method can be done with any fruits
of your choice.
