PRAWNS MASALA VADAI



180 gm dhall  soaked for 2-3 hours
1 bowl prawns (medium size shelled)  

1 onion big  chopped
1 red chilly chopped
( I add few birds eye chilly)
1 green chilly chopped
Small piece of ginger chopped
Few curry leaves chopped
Few coriander leaves chopped
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp fennel seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying 

METHOD:

Drain the soaked dhall, take 2 tbsp of dhall
from that & keep aside, reminder dhall
place in a food processor & blend into
thick paste, add all the ingredients except
prawns & mix well, take a lime size of mixed
dhall add in 1-2 prawns in it make into
ball shape & flatten balls a little & deep
fry until golden brown & serve.
