DEEP FRIED FISH WITH SOY BEAN PASTE



300g hard tail mackerel
 (or any other type of fish)

Things to pound:

5 cloves garlic
4 shallots
½” ginger
5-8  bird’s eye chilly

Seasoning:

1  ½ tbsp soy bean paste
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
½ tbsp sugar or to taste

Oil for cooking
Water  (adjust accordingly)
1 spring onion chopped

Method:

Add pounded things with seasoning, stuff 
some mixed ingredients  inside the fish 
stomach & deep fry the fish , keep aside.

Heat some oil in a wok, add in the remain
ingredient & stir fry till fragrant, add in water,
sprinkle spring onion & pore on top of the fried
fish, serve hot with steamed rice
