Recipe by my daughter :

Susmini Nair

6-8 pieces chicken thighs with skin

1 tbsp onion minced

1 tbsp garlic minced

½ cup barbeque sauce

½ cup honey

¼ cup chili sauce

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.


Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

Lay the chicken pieces in the

pan & pour the sauce over the

chicken pieces, cover.

Bake at 190◦C for 30 minutes.

Remove the chicken pieces from

the sauce & grill for 20-30 minutes

or until the skin become crispy &

golden brown in colour.

Remove the chicken from oven &

pour the sauce over the chicken

pieces, serve hot.
