MUTTON WITH VEGETABLES SOUP





FOR GARNISHING:

Coriander leaves
Shallots crispy fried

FOR SOUP:

300 gm mutton with bones cut
1 potato cut
1 carrot cut
1 tomato cut
1 onion cut
4 cloves garlic
2 inch ginger cut
1 stick salary cut
1 piece cinnamon bark
2 star anises
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Rasam powder
1 tsp black pepper crushed
½ tsp white pepper powder
Water to cook
Salt to taste

METHOD:

Put mutton & all other ingredients
into a big soup pot & cook in
slow fire for 30- 40 minutes or
until meat is cooked & soft.

Garnish with fried shallots &
coriander leaves.

Serve hot with toasted bread or plain
