300 gm fish ( I use Salmon, cut
into small boneless pieces )
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 tbsp chilly powder
½ tbsp fish curry powder
½ tbsp Tandoori powder
½ tsp pepper powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp curd
Chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp red food colour
Salt to taste

Marinate the fish with all the
above ingredients & keep in the
fridge for few hours or overnight.

Onion cut
Capsicum cut
Lemon slices
Chat masala
Oil for brushing


On a skewer gently put the
fish tikkas, onion & capsicum
& cook in a hot oven or grill,
brush with oil & cook all the
sides till done.

Just before serving, squeeze some
lemon juice & sprinkle chat masala
over the fish tikkas.

 Serve with mint-yoghurt chutney /sauce.
