SWEET & SOUR BEAN CURD



2 pips garlic chopped
1 onion big cubed
1 green bell pepper cubed
1 red chilly cut
2 piece bean curd cut & fried
Oil for cooking

FOR SEASONING:

1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp sweet & sour sauce

METHOD:

Heat up oil & stir-fry garlic, onion
bell pepper, chilly.

Add in bean curd, seasoning & tossing
to mix well.

Serve hot.
