STIR-FRY BEANSPROUTS WITH SHRIMP SAUCE



200gm beansprouts
1 tbsp carrot grated
1 onion medium chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 red chilly sliced
1 stalk curry leaves
1 tbsp shrimp sauce
(cincaluk or dried prawns, dried fish )
1 tbsp oil

Method:

Heat up oil, fry onion, garlic until light brown
add chilly & curry leaves stir, add shrimp sauce
fry until nice smell comes, then add beansprouts,
carrot stir for 2 minutes & serve hot with plain rice.
