STUFFED, BAKED CHICKEN WINGS



INGREDIENTS:

4 chicken wings
50 gm glutinous rice
2 mushrooms
10 gm dried shrimps soaked
½  sausage
1 tsp garlic chopped
1 tbsp oil for cooking

MARINADES:

2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp ginger juice
1 tsp cooking oil

SEASONING:

1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp light soya sauce
2 tbsp chicken stock
Dash of pepper
Dash of sesame oil

METHOD:

Use scissors to cut out bone from wings.

Turn back the wings to normal form.

Add in marinades to marinate for 20 minutes.

Soak glutinous rice for 4 hours.

Drain well & steam in steamer until cooked.

Chop mushroom, shrimps & sausage to dice.

Heat up oil, add in garlic all chopped items &
sauté until fragrant.

Combine with glutinous rice into wings
80% full when cool.

Bake in oven at 200°C for 15 minutes
till golden colour.
