Marinate: A

gm fish eggs
½
tsp turmeric powder
½
tsp chilly powder
½
tsp fish curry powder
½
tsp pepper powder
1
tsp ginger & garlic paste
Salt
to taste
Marinate
all the above
ingredients together
for
20 minutes, fry & keep aside.
B:
1
tsp fennel seeds
1
onion sliced
1
small piece ginger sliced
3
cloves garlic sliced
1
red chili sliced
1
green chili sliced
1
stalk curry leaves
Oil
for cooking
METHOD:
Heat
up oil, fry “B” until golden
brown
colour.
Add
in the fried fish eggs & quick stir.
Remove
from fire & serve hot.
