SARDINE FRIED RICE






2 cups rice cooked
1 can sardine ( small )   in
tomato sauce ( remove the bones )
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
Few birds eye chilly chopped
1 red chilly sliced
1 tsp chili paste
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
1 stalk spring onion chopped
Coriander leaves chopped

METHOD:

Heat up oil fry onion, garlic until
brown add chilies, chilly paste
fry for few minutes.


Add in sardine, rice, salt mix &
stir-fry.

Last add spring onions, coriander
leaves mix well & serve hot.

  1. My version is i cook d sardine sambal first till a bit garing then add d rice....my son's favorite...:)
